Last night about 10 PM the Sisqtel Internet Service went down.
I called the 24 hour tech support and they told me nothing was wrong. They wanted me to restart my computer and check my computer and system out.... What a Joke...
I told them that their service was down but they wouldn't believe me.
Today I called the local Sisqtel Internet tech support and they said they are experiencing problems... DUH... No kidding....
I can't get to FTP.
I can go to some sites, but not other including eBay where an auction I was tracking this morning... I obviously could not bid on the auction and now it is over....
This Tech Support service is completely a joke....
At this time, our service is still down at 9:42 AM... Our Internet has been down almost 12 hours now and no end in site.
I think we should get some money off of our bill this month...
What do you think??????

Well, our Internet Service is finally back up and running as of 4:30 PM after being down since 10 PM last night....
Apparently they put in a new router and neglected to notify all of the customers that there might be an outage... Pretty thoughtless and non-caring on their part in my opinion as I spent several hours trying to find a problem on my end. All the time, it was them...
I even called tech support last night and they said there was NOT a problem on their end...
Talk about non communication within their own system and lack of concern for the customers.
Call Siskiyou Telephone Company and let them know how you feel.

Our Internet Provider, Sisqtel.net has credited our account this month for $5.00 due to the outage and problems mentioned above... All of Sisqtel's customers should see a credit on their bill for the $5.00..........
That is great that they did that....
